We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Operations Manager to join our growing Australian team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our logistics operations in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new national accounts and drive business growth
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Build strong partnerships with e-commerce and freight industry leaders
  • Contribute to the development of national sales strategies and execution plans
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while delivering commercial and operational excellence
  • Lead by example in fostering a high-performance, customer-first sales culture

Your Profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong background in account management and new business development
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage and influence decision makers at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with e-commerce logistics is highly regarded
