From M&A and capital raising to contracts, commercialisation, and disputes, we work on exciting, high-growth matters across tech, innovation, and beyond. With an expanding litigation and disputes practice, we're looking for an
ambitious
 
junior to mid-level commercial and corporate lawyer
 who's eager to develop broad expertise and grow with us.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Working across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including contracts, corporate structuring, capital raising, M&A, IP protection, and regulatory advice.

  • Supporting and learning from experienced senior lawyers on complex transactions and disputes.

  • Collaborating with a passionate team to build strong client relationships and deliver practical, strategic advice.

  • Gaining hands-on exposure to high-growth sectors such as fintech, medtech, e-commerce, agriculture, education, and renewables.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and helping shape the future of emerging businesses.

  • Contributing to Allied Legal's culture and growth through involvement in business development and firm initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of post-admission experience in 
    commercial and corporate law
    .

  • Strong drafting and communication skills with attention to commercial detail.

  • A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to think strategically about client needs.

  • A collaborative and personable approach — you enjoy working as part of a team and building meaningful relationships.

  • An interest in startups, innovation, or technology is highly regarded but not essential.
