, we're a boutique commercial law firm shaping the future of startups, scaleups, and high-growth ventures. As our transactional practice continues to expand, we're now seeking a 
mid-level senior commercial litigation and disputes lawyer
 with an appetite to build and grow a disputes practice — backed by the full support of our established firm.

The Role

You'll be joining a collaborative and growth-minded team where you'll:

  • Advise and represent clients in 
    corporate, commercial and contractual disputes.

  • Work alongside our corporate team to 
    lead, manage and execute on
     all dispute work.

  • Handle matters involving breach of contract, corporate governance, intellectual property, debt recovery, shareholder disputes and more.

  • Build and grow your own client base within the firm, with business development support and mentorship.

  • Contribute to the firm's continued growth by integrating dispute resolution across our startup and corporate client portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of post-admission experience in 
    commercial litigation and dispute
    .

  • Strong client management and communication skills.

  • A strategic, commercial mindset and an interest in working with startups and high-growth ventures.

  • A genuine appetite to build and lead a disputes practice with the firm's backing.
