**Role and Responsibilities:**

As an experienced production manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

.1. Managing all aspects of the extrusion, injection moulding and recycling processes;

.2. Production planning including accurate and timely completion of reporting and the coordination of supply of raw materials with external suppliers;

.3. Overseeing the continuous skills development of the production team, ensuring complete coverage for all operations.

.4. Driving a positive safety culture as a 'not negotiable' priority.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment (5+years)

  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a dynamic team.

  • Expertise in polymer processing would be an advantage

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with the Managing Director and CTO to drive business growth.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Lean Manufacturing experience would be an advantage
