About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the strategy and delivery of our Stake Sportsbook experience. You'll work closely with Design and Engineering driving discovery, prioritisation, and execution to build products customers love.
You'll partner with Product Leadership to define the long-term vision and set the direction for your team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll turn strategy into action — guiding planning, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, high-performing features.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes sports, has experience in the betting industry, and combines technical depth with a customer-first, data-driven mindset. You'll play a key role in shaping how millions of customers experience sports betting and entertainment on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for your squad within the Stake Sportsbook
- Translate company goals into clear, measurable outcomes that drive impact.
- Lead discovery and experimentation to solve high-value customer and business problems.
- Collaborate deeply with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality features.
- Use data and insights to drive decisions, measure results, and iterate effectively.
- Influence and maximise value from third-party product roadmaps and integrations.
- Balance short-term opportunities with long-term strategic goals.
- Monitor the market and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Build deep product knowledge and translate customer needs into exceptional product experiences.
- Use data, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and optimise product performance.
- Refine milestones, scope, timelines, and risks to ensure operational excellence and adaptability.
- Foster innovation through bold, experimental thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Champion openness, trust, and accountability to drive a strong, collaborative team culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- Proven record of delivering impactful, high-quality digital products at scale.
- Deep understanding of the sports and sports betting industry, with domain experience highly desirable.
- Strong passion for sports, and a genuine interest in building next-generation sportsbook experiences.
- Technically fluent and comfortable working with engineers on systems, APIs, and trade-offs.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex analytics and make informed decisions.
- Customer-centric ,always focused on creating meaningful impact for our customers
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and bring alignment across teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and change.
- Collaborative team player who values transparency, feedback, and shared success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of sports betting markets and customer behaviours.
- Experience in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
- Proficient with Jira and Notion.
