We are seeking an Emergency Repair and Restoration Coordinator on a full-time basis, to join our experienced team.
To be successful, you must exhibit a willingness to learn and have a strong passion for exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable individual with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail.
After training and with on-going support, you will be able to;
- Organise relevant emergency repairs based on discussions with the insured.
- Coordinate restoration specialists and action immediate works as authorised.
- Upload integral information to the relevant internal and external systems.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and trade contractors.
- Be part of a team that collectively work together to achieve our KPI targets, that our quality levels are upheld and an excellent level of customer service is always maintained.
- Assist the Construction Department with additional duties such as auditing when capacity allows.
