Job Description
On behalf of a global manufacturing company, Reo Group Adelaide are seeking a Customer Service Officer. This company are experiencing strong growth, and have exceptional leaders operating the business.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be a genuine all-rounder — the go-to person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. If you love variety, thrive on fast-paced days, and enjoy being the connection between customers, sales, and service — this role is for you
What You'll Do
This is a true multi-tasking role, where you'll be:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations
- Answering inbound sales calls and processing customer orders
- Handling ETA requests and stock level checks
- Managing warranty support, repairs, and maintenance coordination
- Communicating with customers across multiple channels
- Entering and tracking info using an ERP system
- Being the friendly, reliable voice between customers and internal teams
