Customer Service Officer

Permanent Full-Time Opportunity | Hills District | $60k - $70k + super | WFH Flexibility
Your new company is a leading manufacturer in diagnostic and testing technology. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer. This role will be based in their office based in the Hills District.
Duties include:
- First point of contact for inbound calls
- Manage customer queries on product Price, Availability, and Lead Times based on information from the Oracle system
- Manage the Registration Sales input into CRM system
- Logging, tracking and follow up of customer complaints and closures
- Enter customer purchase orders in Oracle system. This includes online orders, warranty related orders, customer’s Request for Quotes, and Pro-Forma Invoices for Cash in Advance customers.
- Processing of training related customer invoices and rebates in Oracle system. This includes admin assistance to Finance and Marketing Teams.
- Manage and maintain pricing matrix
- Preparation and distribution of customer backorder reports to channel partners in Excel format.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in high volume customer service roles
- Experience with order management
- Strong ability to prioritise and multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience with CRM systems
