Customer Service Officer | 6-Month Fixed Term Contract | $55k + super | Penrith Region

**Your new company**
This organisation based in the Penrith region is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a 6-month fixed term basis. This company is part of a recognisable national corporation with a focus on providing high-quality goods to the community and delivering to their needs.

**Your new role**
As part of the Customer Service team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is recognised as a direct B2C customer relationship. Your duties will include:

- Receiving inbound & conducting outbound calls to current and new customers
- Process and complete orders correctly within the approved business systems
- Resolve customer issues at the point of contact within delegation
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to assist the facilitation of onboarding and continuity of services

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful for this position, you will be a highly empathetic and compassionate individual with great customer service skills. You will have exceptional communication skills with an ability to be adaptable and versatile to the fast-paced nature of the role. Knowledge of NDIS/Aged Care/Disability sector environments is advantageous, as well as any certifications in those fields.\
