The Opportunity

A rare opportunity to join Dexus as a Property Manager at one of Sydney's most iconic commercial towers designed by Harry Seidler - 25 Martin Place. Located in the heart of the CBD, this landmark asset features 58 levels of premium office space, luxury retail, and direct access to transport, supported by concierge services, end-of-trip facilities, and 24/7 security. As Property Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional property and facilities services across both office and retail, helping shape inspiring workplace experiences and contributing to Dexus's reputation as a market leader.

You will make an impact by:

• Leading and coordinating internal and external teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across office and retail operations.
• Managing lease obligations, financial performance, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and arrears.
• Building strong tenant relationships and act as the primary contact for day-to-day correspondence and issue resolution.
• Overseeing the operational performance of the retail asset with involvement in the office asset, ensuring proactive property management and alignment with Dexus values.

About You

You're a commercially minded and service-driven Property Manager with a strong understanding of both retail and office environments. With a relevant tertiary qualification and solid industry experience, you bring a proactive approach, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.

You'll bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in property, real estate, or a related field, and a solid grasp of accounting principles, particularly accrual accounting.
• Proven experience in retail property management, with exposure to office assets and hands-on involvement in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Sound knowledge of building services, lease documentation, and market trends, with the ability to assess impacts on tenancy and asset performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a professional approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
