We're Hiring: Paediatric Speech Pathologist
Ready Set Go Allied Health
Full Time - Commencing 2026
At Ready Set Go Allied Health, we're a small, passionate team with big hearts for helping kids (and their families) thrive. We're on the lookout for a paediatric speech pathologist who shares our genuine love for what we do, values family-centred care, and is always keen to keep learning and growing in their practice.
Are you an energetic and passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist who loves making a difference in children's lives? We're looking for someone who brings fun, creativity and playfulness to their work, while supporting children to achieve their communication goals. In this fast- changing and ever evolving space, we need someone who is flexible, proactive and confident in thinking on their feet, and ready to adapt to new situations and approaches. If you thrive on building strong connections with children and families, enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team and can turn therapy into a positive, engaging experience, we'd love to hear from you
What we're all about:
- We team up with families to support their goals – because they know their child best.
- We believe therapy should be fun, flexible, and full of heart.
- We're constantly learning – from our clients, from each other, and from new research – because better understanding leads to better outcomes.
- We support each other as humans first, clinicians second.
About You:
- You love working with children and connecting with their families.
- You're either experienced in paeds or keen to build your skills in this area. New Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- You're open, curious, and never finished learning.
- You value a workplace where you're encouraged to be yourself and have a voice.
What we offer:
- A supportive, down-to-earth team that genuinely cares.
- Ongoing professional development and mentoring – we value internal and external PD and mentoring. Mentoring frequency will depend on experience.
- Access to a range of clinical resources and assessments.
- Flexible work options that support your life outside of work.
- The chance to make a real difference in children's lives, every single day.
- A beautiful clinic that is perfect for children – a place to play, learn, grown and feel at home. We also have a beautiful group space, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor activity space.
- We want you to know how valued you are - you will be recognised for your consistent effort and contribution to the team.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
