ABOUT THE COMPANY

Sydney Dental NSW Pty Ltd is a family owned company with over 45 years experience in the dental equipment servicing industry. Our customers include large and small dental surgeries across Metro Sydney and NSW.

Our work involves installing, repairing and servicing dental equipment such as dental chairs, instruments, digital x-ray units, compressors, suction units and laboratory equipment.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will run the day-to-day operations of our small knit team in our office in Condell Park.

Strong communication and organisational skills are key to this role. We require a person who has a good phone manner and can liaise confidently with our customers to ensure their needs are met.

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The duties will include but not limited to:

-Diary management.

-Answering customer phone calls and emails.

-Booking service jobs for the technicians and organising relevant paperwork.

-Invoicing from the service jobs sheets into MYOB.

-Booking in instruments for repair.

-Sending out parts and repaired instruments to customers.

-Entering creditor invoices in MYOB.

-Ordering parts from suppliers.

-Input Bank transactions into MYOB.

-General admin duties e.g. filing.

ABOUT YOU

-2-3 years' experience in a similar role is essential.

-Good knowledge of MYOB AccountRight preferred.

-Sound knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

-Strong communication skills.

-Strong organisational skills.

-Can work autonomously.

-Immediate start preferred.
