This is more than just a site leadership role - it's an opportunity to shape the future of a thriving community. As our Construction Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Gables Community project, leading three experienced Construction Supervisors and ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
You'll be the central point of contact for a tier 1 developer, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and keeping the project running smoothly and on schedule. Your leadership will directly impact the experience of our customers, helping them move into homes that are not only well-built, but happier, healthier, and tailored to their lifestyle.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes through construction excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor three Construction Supervisors across a single-site project
- Oversee site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies
- Build strong relationships with developers, suppliers, and trades
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication
- Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Champion a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to spec
- Trade background (preferably carpentry) with Cert IV in Building & Construction
- Qualified Supervisor Certificate
- Experience working directly with developers and managing client relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver's licence with no restrictions
