Manage Sales Contracts from Start to Finish:

As a seasoned professional in the field, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of sales contracts, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing sales agreements, negotiating terms, and executing contracts with customers and partners.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives and company policies.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses.
  • Maintaining a centralized repository of sales contracts, tracking key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.
  • Providing guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial.
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial business acumen and judgment.
