Job Title: Workforce Management Specialist

 

About the Role:

The Workforce Management Division is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Management Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to design and implement effective workforce management strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) rosters across multiple locations, utilizing your expertise in rostering and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with operations staff, acquisition and retention teams, and operations management to create efficient and accurate rosters that meet workforce and service delivery requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, issues, and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization, fostering a collaborative and constructive environment.

 

Requirements:
  • Experience working in community and/or not-for-profit organizations, with specific knowledge of SIL and STAA services under the NDIS.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure systems, governance, structures, and processes are in place to deliver safe and high-quality support.
  • Proven capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with managers and staff at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to respond to changing priorities and organizational needs.
