About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and technically skilled individual to join our Digital & Marketing team as a Technical Specialist in Retail Banking. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting digital onboarding solutions that drive customer acquisition.
You'll work across platforms like Temenos Journey Manager (TJM), iApply, and Dynamics 365 – Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing applications.
Your day-to-day will involve technical development, troubleshooting, testing support, and managing code releases. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure our onboarding platforms remain stable, efficient, and customer focused.
About you
You're a curious and proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and a passion for digital innovation. You bring:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Groovy, and Java.
- Experience supporting digital products and applications, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with TJM, iApply, and Dynamics 365 CIJ or similar platforms.
- A knack for troubleshooting complex issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.
Bonus points if you have experience in customer onboarding journeys, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, or a background in Business or IT.
If the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
