Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for construction and project delivery? Capstone Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial construction projects across South Australia.

About the Role:

As our Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Construction Manager, site teams, and a range of stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You'll be responsible for keeping project documentation up to date, coordinating schedules and labour, assisting with procurement, and supporting quality and compliance efforts. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly will help keep our projects on track and our clients happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and close-out of Tier One construction projects
  • Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, schedules, RFIs, change orders, reports)
  • Liaise with internal teams, site staff, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Assist with scheduling, labour coordination, and site logistics
  • Help with procurement, take-offs, and pre-construction activities
  • Interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Support quality assurance and compliance through site visits and documentation
  • Identify and escalate project challenges, contributing to practical solutions
  • Assist with onsite measurements and shop drawing preparation

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years' commercial construction site experience (onshore)
  • Certificate III in Carpentry and/or a Construction Management Degree (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
