Diverse Civil is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering civil construction projects. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team-we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the planning, scheduling, and delivery of civil projects from start to finish.
  • Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Preparing project documentation including RFIs, variations, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Assisting with cost estimates, procurement, and resource planning.
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
What we're looking for
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software/tools.
  • A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel to project sites.
