Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting open for inspections and private appointments
  • Managing rental enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Processing tenancy applications and completing thorough reference checks
  • Preparing leasing documentation and assisting with lease sign-ups
  • Liaising with prospective tenants, landlords, and the wider property management team
  • Ensuring properties are presented at a professional standard
  • Supporting the Property Managers with administrative and leasing-related tasks

About You:

  • Previous experience in a leasing or customer service role not necessary
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management abilities
  • A professional and confident presentation
  • Sound knowledge of the northern suburbs of Melbourne will be highly regarded
