membership sales
over Zoom — and do it consistently.
What You'll Earn
- $85K–$100K base salary
- $250K–$ 300K+ OTE
(top performers exceed this) - All leads are warm, pre-qualified, and pre-booked into your calendar
- Choose from
remote, hybrid, or Sydney-based - No cold calling. No chasing leads. Just closing.

What You'll Do
You'll run daily
Discovery Sessions over Zoom
with pre-qualified prospects.
Your job:
- Build trust fast
- Identify the financial and lifestyle gap
- Present the Freedom membership as the solution
- Close the prospect into a $3,000 membership
What You'll Need to Succeed
The discipline to manage your calendar, follow up, and hit numbers without being chased
- A strong internal drive to be
#1 on the leaderboard
— not just "doing your best" - The ability to stick to a proven structure —
not freelance it - Confidence under pressure, control in the close, and emotional intelligence
- The willingness to
work evenings and weekends
— because that's when prospects are available, and the best closers never wait
We don't micro-manage. We hire professionals, give them world-class tools, and expect them to perform.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales
- (Property, finance, or mortgage broking preferred — but open to all elite sales talent)
- You're confident, coachable, and
take ownership
of your outcomes - You're comfortable being on Zoom for 4–5 sessions per day
- You care about performance, not praise — your scoreboard does the talking
- You want to earn big and grow fast
- You're willing to undergo and pass a
police check
