What This Actually Looks Like:

80% of your day = phone sales. We're talking consultative calls from warm inbound property buyers. You'll guide them through the Buyers Agent Proposition process, handle objections like a pro, and close deals over the phone. Simple: Consult → Close → Payment → Handoff.

This is NOT traditional real estate. Are you a sales gun from digital marketing, PropTech, financial services, or high-volume B2B. Their top performers come from selling real estate propositions, not working as agents.

  • Proven track record smashing targets as a sales closer
  • Exceptional phone presence, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Thrives in dynamic environments - you love constant evolution and new challenges
  • Coachable, growth mindset essential
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce highly regarded)

The Package:

Compensation:

  • Package $80k-$100K+ OTE
