The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a senior sales role with a guaranteed $100,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions. You'll have access to exclusive leads, strong local brand recognition, and full admin/marketing support, so you can focus purely on listings and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of listings
  • Prospect, appraise, and secure new business opportunities
  • Run property campaigns from start to finish
  • Negotiate and close property transactions with confidence
  • Build long-term relationships with vendors and buyers to secure repeat and referral business
  • Represent Green Real Estate Agency with professionalism and market expertise
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years proven experience in residential property sales
  • Real Estate Licence required
  • Strong record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Professional presentation and a client-first mindset
  • Current driver's licence
