Our Finance Administration Officer is a key support role to support with Community Billing and Claiming for our Community Care based services. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business finance expense claim operations are running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time, including reviewing purchase, and applying expenses
  • Accurately inputting claim data and documentation into our internal systems
  • Ensuring all claims are processed in a timely manner and compliant manner
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in Blue Care systems and databases
  • Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate skills required)

  • Previous experience in finance claims and high volume data entry– Highly regarded
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proactive, problem solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
