We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on and varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects and platforms while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As our Marketing & Design Coordinator, you'll:

  • Coordinate and support national and site-level marketing campaigns
  • Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, posters, and internal communications
  • Manage updates to marketing assets and assist with design tasks in InDesign and PowerPoint
  • Liaise with suppliers for print, promotional items, and event logistics
  • Support our care homes with resident newsletters, recognition emails, and milestone celebrations
  • Assist with events and expos, including preparation and coordination
  • Maintain internal systems, shared drives, and digital asset libraries
  • Provide day-to-day support across the marketing team, helping to triage and coordinate requests

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or similar (completed or in progress)
  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing support or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Vision6 (or similar platforms)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a genuine love for creative problem solving

Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a related industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
