**About Us**

At SSKB, we are a privately owned Strata Management Company with offices throughout the East Coast of Australia who manage apartment buildings consisting of over 44,000 apartments.

As managers of these buildings, we provide administrative services to our clients by assisting the Owners with the day-to-day administration of their Owners Corporation.

**What You’ll Contribute**

SSKB is looking for a broad Marketing Assistant, where you will be responsible for promoting the SSKB positive difference. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, our marketing team works across 3 brands within the SSKB Group. As the Marketing Assistant, you will strive to improve the value perspective with our current clients, build brand awareness and demand, and increase lead quality and quantity.

Based in our Bundall office, you will contribute to our already positive culture by coordinating our team events and internal communication.

Key responsibilities include:

- Content creation and management
- Working with the team on the management of Google and Meta ad accounts, including copywriting, creation, and reporting.
- Social media management, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and reporting.
- Utilising Mailchimp for database management, content uploading, and EDM scheduling.
- Internal communications including but not limited to Newsletter, invitations, notices.
- Generation of document and various internal and external communications
- Website management and updates
- Planning and organising various internal and external events.

**About You**
- Meta and Google Advertising
- Content creation and planning experience with newsletters and social media
- Event planning (preferred)
- Driven, focused and innovative
- Time conscious
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- An understanding/appreciation of the principles of Design
- A Brand Champion
