**Responsibilities**:

- Warm Call our extensive list of existing and newly acquired customers on a daily basis.
- Generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and developing a strong pipeline of leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand clients marketing objectives and recommend tailored promotional product solutions that align with their goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop customised product concepts that resonate with clients target audiences.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive company growth and profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the promotional products industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present effectively and articulate the value of our products to clients.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales performance.
