Your Next Role

As our Marketing Designer & Coordinator, you will bring ideas to life through creative design and help deliver marketing initiatives that truly engage. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will ensure our brand shines consistently across all channels — from social media to campaigns and beyond. • Demonstrate a collaborative, supportive mindset in all your work, building strong relationships and supporting high-quality deliverables.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and execute engaging campaign assets that align with business goals, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Create high-quality, on-brand graphic design assets that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Implement campaigns efficiently, delivering marketing assets on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely, cost-effective outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Provide ad hoc marketing and administrative support, contributing to the success of the department's objectives.

About you

• Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within budgets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating print, photographic, and video production from concept through to delivery and post-production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and interpret briefs creatively for stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles.
