We're now seeking a Part-Time Support Coordinator who's ready to guide and empower NDIS participants to get the most out of their plans – someone who brings experience, empathy, and energy to the table.
About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping people live with independence and dignity. You'll assist participants in navigating the NDIS, connecting them with services, and working alongside them to achieve their goals.
You'll be part of a close-knit, values-led team where your voice is heard and your work genuinely matters.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
- Coordinating services such as allied health, personal care, and social supports
- Building participant capacity for independence and choice
- Managing a caseload with professionalism and compassion
- Keeping accurate and timely case notes and reports
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in NDIS Support Coordination or a similar role (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of the NDIS, funding categories, and provider networks
- A passion for person-centred support and inclusive practice
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Disability, or related field (desirable)
- Valid driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
