Do you want a role where your work truly makes a difference, helping people feel supported, safe, and cared for? Join our friendly and compassionate team at the refugee health clinic in Armidale as our Administration Coordinator.
You'll be at the heart of our clinic, keeping everything running smoothly, supporting both clinicians and patients, and helping our multi-disciplinary team provide high-quality, culturally sensitive care. Every day will be different, and every day you'll see the impact of your work in the lives of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Talking directly with refugees, building trusting relationships making them feel welcome and understood.
- Coordinate interpreter bookings and clinic appointments, using your judgement to assess when interpreters are needed.
- Supporting our clinicians with clinic coordination, documentation, and workflow management.
- Connecting with local community services and hospitals to support our patients.
