What You'll Do

No two days are the same You'll:

  • Support clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Assist with mobility and encourage physical activity
  • Take clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities
  • Help with household tasks, meal prep, and medication prompts
  • Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
  • Promote independence and help clients reach their NDIS goals

What We're Looking For
  • A compassionate and reliable approach
  • Experience: 6+ months in disability/community support (preferred)
  • Qualifications: Cert III/IV in Disability (or working towards – we support students)
  • Checks: Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening), Blue Card (WWCC), First Aid & CPR, Police Check
  • Licence: Driver's licence + reliable vehicle (with rego & comprehensive insurance)
  • Legal right to work in Australia
