About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Champion segment, where we make life better for pets and their owners.

Role Title: Logistics, Inventory, and Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Melbourne

Hours: Full-time

Reporting to: Supply Chain Director

What you'll do:

  • Resolve customer or system issues in a timely manner
  • Complete required documentation for order processing, stock returns, disposals, or donations
  • Support logistics operations and transfer of stock between DCs as required
  • Ensure high service outcome across 3PLs, reporting performance vs KPIs and customer feedback
  • Be the key point of contact to support customer enquiries and order management
  • Inventory Management and reporting
  • Goods receipt of all inbound stock into SAP
  • Coordinate and responsible for internal and external auditor 3PL inventory stock takes.
  • Maintain high level of control and reconciliation for all inventory movement & adjustments between SAP, BC and 3PL WMS
    Monitor interfaces between all operating systems and applications.

Your unique ingredients:

  • Experience in inventory management and or customer service is preferred but not essential
  • Customer centric mindset with proactive can do approach
  • Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferred
    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
