ABOUT THE ROLE

A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented Finance Manager to support the CEO in business operations and develop a finance team whilst improving process efficiencies, developing internal controls and delivering business insights. The individual in this role will use all of their stakeholder management skills across the organisation to build productive relationships, from senior leaders to operational staff whilst leading by example in the following areas:

DUTIES

  • Lead and develop the ANZ finance function to deliver effective day to day finance deliverables
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting
  • Develop and lead a robust annual budget and forecast process
  • Maintain strong attention to detail around cash flow management
  • Provide key decision makers with insightful analysis
  • Be hands on with compliance and statutory reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with with Global CFO, other regional Finance Managers and essential operational leaders on various projects and initiatives
  • Take a strategic lead on process and systems improvements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent knowledge of ANZ accounting standards
  • 3+ years Finance leadership and mentoring experience is essential
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Strong communication and an eye for detail
  • Self starter, hands on and motivated
