We work in waste management, but don't let that fool you — our focus is on great service, strong relationships, and creating a workplace that feels fresh and welcoming (a little greenery helps). If you're the type of person who can juggle multiple tasks, connect with people easily, and doesn't mind watering a few plants along the way, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Day-to-Day

· Be the friendly voice answering phones and emails.

· Enter job bookings with eagle-eyed accuracy.

· Build strong relationships with everyone from walk-in customers to Tier 1 clients.

· Pitch in with a mix of sales and admin tasks.

What We're Looking For

· Customer service experience (bonus points if you're ridiculously organised).

· Great communication skills – you can chat with anyone.

· A positive outlook and sense of humour.

· Tech confidence and multitasking superpowers.

· A willingness to learn – no waste industry background needed, we'll train you.
