What You Will Bring To The Role
- Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Post-registration Qualifications in Stoma Therapy
- At least 3 years full time equivalent experience working in Gastrointestinal Surgery and/or Stoma Therapy
- Commitment to champion, educate and lead a multidisciplinary team to improve patients' outcomes as part of a team;
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities according to best practice
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, carers and a diverse range of health care providers
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical practice development
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision maintaining involvement within the wider multidisciplinary team
