About the Role:

  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Guiding buyers through a structured sales process
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle solutions
  • Managing enquiries, test drives and follow-ups
  • Maintaining dealership presentation and high standards
  • Representing our new brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What You'll Bring

  • Hold an unrestricted WA Driver's Licence.
  • Have a current WA Salesperson licence (or willing to obtain)
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
  • Self-motivated and driven for success
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Be a team player.
  • Previous retail or automotive sales experience (preferred but not essential)
