Westside Blinds and Shutters is seeking a Sales Superstar.

We're a company providing first class services and products to clients across the South West. We specialise in assisting homeowners and businesses with their needs, ensuring excellence in every aspect.

Our company has experienced significant growth, with demand for our services and products continuing to rise.

We have so many projects on the go we need another sales weapon

A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for results are essential qualities for success in this role. You will serve our clients while also focusing on achieving sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing inbound leads through various channels such as referrals, repeat business, Facebook and website enquiries.
  • Qualifying potential clients through telephone calls.
  • Conducting consultation sessions to offer our products.
  • Building lists of potential clients and hunting them down to drive new clients.
  • Being the spearhead of the growth within our company.

While sales experience is beneficial, we value the right attitude above all:


• Confidence with humility and modesty.


• Epic verbal communication skills to quickly connect with clients and make them feel valued.


• Comfortable using technology.


• Commitment to personal development through reading and learning about business, sales and marketing.


• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist others.


• Experience in blinds or the construction industry would be advantageous.
