About the role:

As part of our Individual Support Team, you will play a key role in ensuring services are delivered smoothly and efficiently to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, reviewing and maintaining effective service schedules aligned with legislation, organisational guidelines, and client demand
  • Providing responsive line management, guidance and support to the Scheduling Assistant and Support Workers, including performance management and training
  • Acting as the main contact point between support workers and the organisation, ensuring the Community Care/Disability Services Manager is informed of all matters in a timely manner
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred customer service in a prompt and effective way

What we are looking for:

A relevant qualification or alternatively extensive experience in the age care/disability or community care sector

Demonstrated experience managing teams.

Current driver's license (QLD)

Core Competencies

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced work environment

Sound computer skills

Demonstrated problem solving skills

High level of customer service
