As MEGT Foundation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Scholarship Program, directly contributing to the success of individuals and communities who need it most.

- Coordinate and implement Scholarship Program activities in line with the Foundation's strategic objectives.
- Support marketing and recruitment efforts in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Manage Scholar records and program data (budgets, applications, wellbeing needs, and progress tracking).
- Facilitate events and initiatives, including Community of Practice sessions.
- Provide personal and professional coaching support to Scholars.
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders to build awareness and advocacy for the Foundation.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to program processes, systems, and frameworks.
- Assist with reporting, meeting agendas, and insights to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
About You
You are an empathetic, solution-driven individual with a proactive, "can-do" attitude, always seeking opportunities to make a positive impact. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement, you thrive at streamlining processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly. - Experience in coaching, mentoring, or personal/professional support
- Capacity to coordinate and support events and group learning initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level digital literacy and the ability to work across multiple applications
- A commitment to process improvement and data-informed decision-making
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
- Tertiary qualification/s in a related field (community development/services, training, education, business administration) will be highly regarded.
