About the role
Reporting to the Research & Foundation Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in advancing the RACGP's commitment to general practice research.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems and stakeholders to deliver impact and continuous improvement in research funding administration.
About you

- Experience coordinating or managing research grants, awards or scholarships.
- Strong understanding of grant lifecycle processes, from application and assessment through to reporting and acquittal.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate review panels or assessment committees.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Proficiency with grants management systems (experience with SmartyGrants highly regarded).
- Collaborative working style and confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and guide collaborative work programs, ensuring timely, accurate outcomes and responsive, high-quality service to stakeholders.
Desirable: experience in a health or research environment (particularly general practice or primary care), familiarity with CRM systems, and a relevant tertiary qualification.
