About the Role:

This is a part-time, non-contact role where you will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our centre. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with Child Care Subsidy (CCS) processing.
  • Handling general administrative tasks.
  • Communicating with families and ensuring they are kept up-to-date with centre information.
  • Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as required.
  • Filing and maintaining organised records.

You will be well supported by the Approved Provider and Holistic Management & Consultancy, ensuring you have the resources and guidance needed to thrive in your role.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in administration or similar roles (early childhood trained is preferred).
  • A commitment to supporting our Montessori philosophy and values.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment.

**Previous compliance leadership role is preferred, thorough understanding of the OWNA (CCS), NQS and Regulations as well as minimum 3 years experience is a must.
