As Director of Product, APAC Mortgages, you'll lead the strategy and delivery of a regional mortgage solution designed to set a new global benchmark. Roadmap/Strategy
Essential Functions:
- Actively create and receive input from team to define 18 to 24 month roadmap with ACV targets for what is to be worked on
- Creating vision and strategy to succeed
- Solutions on roadmap are tied to corporate objectives
- Director level has paved the way with Sales and Success leadership to ensure appropriate revenue and adoption forecasting has taken place to justify the investments
- Initiates new or revised programs / operating policies for across department and multiple teams
Skills
- Has obtained domain expertise in the solution they represent
- Ability to speak knowledgably on nCino's products and how it solves business challenges for customers including providing perspective on how customers should be responding to market conditions and thriving
- Can direct or manage the execution of Product Management processes and contributes to the elevation of Product Management at nCino
Customer
- Engaging with the customer within their line of business
- Is the assumed speaker at all events for their line of business
- Is a key participant in crafting the agenda, topics and themes for nCino's external messaging
Leadership
- Acts as career coach and advisor to management or senior professionals to ensure attraction and retention of high level talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience or combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of the small business banking and consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
- Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
- Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The Base Salary Range For This Job Is
$193, $338,300.00
