Senior HR Consultant| Technology & Transformation

What will your typical day look like?

No two days are the same as you collaborate with local and national client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility and Employee Relations to deliver HR generalist support to our Technology & Transformation business. With a focus on Employee Relations and being a trusted advisor to our leaders, the role also offers the opportunity to support national projects and help deliver employee lifecycle experiences

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

You will have:

3-5 years' experience in a similar role

A strong HR business partnering background and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix environment

Excellent HR generalist skills

Confidence in managing Employee Relations matters

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to communicate with leaders at all levels

The ability to think strategically and be tenacious, resilient and outcome focused

Experience in a fast paced, growth environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver creative and innovative talent solutions
