About the Opportunity
This is a hands on administrative role ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly. You will be at the centre of our business support function, providing executive assistance, coordinating projects and events, and ensuring our office and administrative systems are efficient and effective.
Working closely with our leadership and wider teams, you'll be responsible for supporting business operations through strong administrative processes, proactive communication, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
People and Office Management
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
Coordinate company events, summits, staff training sessions, travel, and meetings.
Facilitate staff engagement initiatives and promote a positive, collaborative team culture.
Office management tasks to ensure smooth operation of office environment.
Administration and Operations
Provide direct administrative support to executive and management teams.
Oversee procurement activities, including supplier and service provider management.
Oversee some IT systems.
Manage, develop, and drive continuous improvement of company policies and procedures.
Attend senior management meetings and create accountability documents and minute taking.
Project Management and Business Development
Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking project delivery timelines and milestones.
Provide administrative support for project coordination and delivery.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
About You
Proven experience in a administrative, or office management role.
Demonstrated project coordination or project management skills, including event/summit planning.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
