Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer, located in the Greater Sydney Area (Oran Park)

The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in various areas including conveyancing, estate planning, estate administration, commercial law, and civil law. Day-to-day tasks involve drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The Lawyer will also collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Conveyancing, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration
  • Experience in Commercial law and Civil law
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice and representation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and an active legal practicing certificate in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Prior experience in a multi-disciplinary legal practice is a plus
