We pride ourselves on our ability to manufacture up to 85% of components in house, here, in our 12,500sqm Yatala facility.

We are seeking a seasoned Receptionist to join our team on a fixed term basis to cover parental leave. Working as one part of a team of two on our front desk and as the first point of contact for our busy Yatala based head office you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and administrative support to our internal and external stakeholders.

As the Receptionist, you will be a highly motivated, passionate and reliable individual with a well-developed skillset to independently manage your workload and take initiative. You will be deeply passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have the ability to multitask in a fast and challenging environment.

The successful candidate will need to be available for a 7.30am start time Monday to Friday. Applicants interested in part time hours would be expected to work 7.30am – 2pm Monday to Friday with the ability to work extended hours if needed.

Main duties include.

  • Managing a busy switchboard, answering calls, greeting customers, and taking messages
  • Providing administrative support to other departments
  • Assisting in general customer enquiries and requests
  • Organising incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining various data bases
  • Coordinating meetings including catering requirements as needed
  • Maintaining uniform and office supplies
  • General administration such as filing, scanning, and binding

Qualifications, knowledge & experience:

  • Previous experience working in a Receptionist position
  • Background in customer service is essential
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft applications – outlook/excel/word
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A positive can-do attitude
