Supervets Hendra is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly, high-performing team on a full-time maternity leave contract. Supervets Hendra is a progressive small-animal practice with a reputation for exceptional patient care and a loyal client base. The Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily running of the clinic and support our team to deliver gold-standard care. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations, including staff rosters and workflow
  • Overseeing financials, budgeting, and reporting
  • Leading and mentoring our veterinary and nursing teams
  • Driving excellent client service and patient care standards
  • Implementing policies, procedures, and efficiency initiatives
  • Supporting marketing and community engagement activities

This is a full-time maternity leave contract with a well-planned handover and ongoing support from our leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous management or leadership experience (veterinary or healthcare environment ideal)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Financial and administrative know-how
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude and genuine love for animals
