Your Role:
In this exciting leadership role, you will:
- Build & Inspire – Oversee the setup of the centre, recruit and lead a passionate team, and foster a thriving workplace culture.
- Shape Young Minds – Create a vibrant and inclusive early learning environment that nurtures every child's development.
- Drive Growth – Build meaningful relationships with families and the community, while achieving and maintaining high occupancy.
- Uphold Excellence – Ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety, and educational quality are consistently met.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in early childhood education (e.g. Centre Director or similar).
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and early childhood best practices.
- Current certifications: WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
