We are looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new 106-place service in Mount Pritchard, opening in November/December 2025. This role offers an immediate start, giving you the opportunity to play a key part in the lead-up to the opening.

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful launch and day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring we establish a high-quality early learning environment from the very beginning.

Eligible team members at Little Zak's receive an extra 10% on top of award rates from December 2024, with an additional 5% starting December 2025. About the role: As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff development and operations of the centre. You are a People Leader who knows how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.

• ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with staff development & leadership; experience in a similar role advantageous
• Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Current Working with Children Check
