Who are we?
We're Superdream, a full-service creative agency driven by positivity, momentum and purposeful action. Since 2016, we've been helping brands across Australia (and the world) bring their visions to life.
Based in Fortitude Valley, our dreamers are creative and innovative with extensive marketing experience. We ask questions, challenge the ordinary, and turn insight into something people actually care about.
From film and lifestyle to education and not-for-profit, we work with brands that have something to say, and help them say it louder, and with momentum and purpose.
What's the role?
We're looking for a creative and driven communicator. As a Public Relations and Content Executive, you'll work across a range of clients and campaigns, from national charities to commercial brands, helping to tell meaningful stories, build awareness, and deliver impactful communications.
You'll support the delivery of PR and content strategies, coordinate campaign activity, and create engaging content across media, social, and digital channels. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
What are we looking for?
Someone who can:
- Jump in to help develop and roll out PR and content campaigns that get people talking.
- Craft media materials that hit the mark. From press releases and pitches to case studies and event recaps.
- Support media outreach, influencer collaborations, and corporate partnerships with confidence and a creative approach.
- Keep content calendars full and social feeds looking sharp for our clients.
- Research, write, and design scroll-stopping content across social, web, and email.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and our internal dream team to bring big ideas to life.
- Keep an eye on campaign results and help turn data into insights we can act on.
Who are you?
- You're a professional with 1–2 years' experience in an agency or in-house communications role (charity or NFP experience highly regarded).
- You have a tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications.
What qualities should you have?
- A natural wordsmith who can spin a great story (and knows when less is more)
- Loves bringing big ideas to life and seeing campaigns through from brainstorm to spotlight.
- Has a genuine love for PR, media, and storytelling that connects.
- Lives and breathes content. From captions and reels to press releases and punchy headlines.
- Obsessed with the little things, spelling, commas, campaign timelines… You name it.
- Organised enough to make an Asana board blush.
- A true Canva whizz
- Team player, quick learner, and all-round good human
What's next?
We've shared our Superdream, now it's time to share yours. If you think you could be our next dreamer, apply now. But wait… there's more We need our PR & Content Exec to be confident, creative and not afraid to jump on the latest trend.
Alongside your resume, send over a short video introducing yourself and showcasing why you'd be the perfect candidate to join the dream team. We want to see your personality and creativity shine. Submit both your video and resume to Victoria Sergeant via
