About the role

We're on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager with a background in printing to join our high-performing Sales team.

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

• Cultivate and grow relationships with all clients to improve the position of MCC within those accounts to ensure MCC is seen as a business partner of choice. This will include a mix of existing top accounts.
• Drive for results through proactively prospecting for new customers while maintaining your sales pipeline through Salesforce.
• Maintain margin levels as per MCC's sales strategy.
• Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives. This includes track and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers as well as negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with our customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.
• Stay updated on industry developments, best practices and monitor market trends.

About you

• Account Management experience within the manufacturing industry. Previous experience in printing, packaging or label manufacturing is essential.
• Experience selling into the FMCG sector would be highly desired.
• You have a excitement for what you do and will bring real energy to the team and professionalism to the role.
• Passionate about customer service and your customers and have a strong drive for results.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Can demonstrate the ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excels in organisation & time management skills and is flexible & adaptable to changing workload.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
